In this group all aspects of art are investigated and attempted. The class is not confined to one medium. Everyone is encouraged to experiment in acrylics, watercolours, pastels, pencil, charcoal, water based oils – or a combination of mediums. Reading about art and artists, sharing new ideas as well as encouraging one another adds to the group experience.

A relaxed group where artists can meet to complete an unfinished painting, to begin something new. It offers opportunities to learn from others new techniques, ways to correct problems encountered while painting through mutual sharing of ideas and individual expertise. Newcomers are encouraged and assisted in which ever medium they choose to work in. Those who can stay on for a lunch break followed by more painting. |
